TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By booking services with Honey & Haze Social Club ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.

2. SERVICES DESCRIPTION

Honey & Haze Social Club provides event planning services specializing in girls' night experiences. Our services include:

  • Event planning and coordination

  • Setup at client's home or designated outdoor locations

  • Provision of party packages and add-on options

  • Food and beverage service

  • Craft activities and materials

  • Event cleanup

3. SERVICE AREA

We currently serve the Raleigh, North Carolina area, with plans to expand to the greater Triangle area (Durham, Chapel Hill). Service availability is subject to location and scheduling constraints.

4. BOOKING AND PAYMENT

​

4.1 Advance Booking Requirement

All events must be booked at least seven (7) days in advance. We reserve the right to decline bookings that do not meet this requirement.

4.2 Payment Terms

  • 100% of payment is required at booking to secure your date

  • Remaining balance is due 48 hours before the scheduled event

  • All payments are processed through our website payment system

  • Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal

4.3 Pricing

  • All prices are listed on our website and are subject to change

  • Custom quotes may be provided for special requests

  • Additional fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area

5. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

5.1 Client Cancellations

  • 7+ days before event: Full refund minus 3% processing fee

  • 3-6 days before event: 50% refund of total cost

  • Less than 72 hours before event: No refund

 

5.2 Company Cancellations

If we must cancel due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond our control:

  • Full refund OR rescheduling option at client's preference

  • We are not liable for any consequential damages

5.3 Weather/Force Majeure

For outdoor events affected by severe weather or other force majeure events:

  • Rescheduling option offered when possible

  • If rescheduling not possible, full refund provided

6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

​

6.1 Venue Access and Preparation

  • Provide safe, clean, and accessible venue space

  • Ensure adequate parking and lighting for evening events

  • Inform us of any venue restrictions or special requirements

  • Provide accurate guest count at least 48 hours before event

 

6.2 Guest Behavior

  • You are responsible for your guests' behavior and any damages they cause

  • All guests must be 18+ unless otherwise specified

  • You agree to maintain appropriate supervision during the event

 

6.3 Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

  • Inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions at booking

  • We make reasonable efforts to accommodate restrictions but cannot guarantee allergen-free environments

  • Clients with severe allergies participate at their own risk

 

7. LIABILITY AND SAFETY

7.1 Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that participation in our events involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Food consumption

  • Craft activities

  • Social interactions

  • Use of venue space

 

7.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services

  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

  • We are not responsible for injuries to persons or damage to property except where caused by our gross negligence

 

7.3 Property Damage

  • We will take reasonable care of your property

  • You are responsible for damages caused by your guests

  • Report any damages immediately after the event

 

8. FOOD SAFETY AND DISCLAIMERS

 

8.1 Food Service

  • All food is prepared and served in accordance with applicable health standards

  • We are not liable for food-borne illnesses except in cases of gross negligence

  • Inform us immediately of any food-related concerns

 

8.2 Craft Materials

  • All craft materials are age-appropriate and generally safe when used as directed

  • Follow all provided instructions and safety guidelines

  • We are not liable for misuse of materials or failure to follow instructions

 

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All event concepts, designs, and materials remain our intellectual property

  • You may not reproduce or distribute our proprietary content

  • Photos/videos of events may be used for marketing purposes unless you opt out

 

10. PRIVACY

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, use, and protect your information.

 

11. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICES

​

  • We reserve the right to modify event details due to supply availability or other constraints

  • Reasonable substitutions may be made with advance notice

  • Significant changes will be discussed and approved before implementation

 

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by North Carolina state law.

​

12.2 Dispute Resolution Process

  • Good faith negotiation required before formal action

  • Disputes under $5,000 subject to binding arbitration

  • Venue for any legal proceedings: Wake County, North Carolina

 

13. GENERAL PROVISIONS

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between parties and supersede all prior agreements.

13.2 Severability

If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

​

13.3 Amendment

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
